Boyer London provided planning consultancy services to Crest Nicholson South, working as part of a multi-disciplinary consulting team to secure Reserved Matters permission for the proposed development comprising 135 dwellings (40% affordable), including the detailed appearance, landscaping, layout, & scale on land west of windsor, north of A308.
The development will focus on enhancing biodiversity and sustainability, as well as delivering landscaped open spaces including a wildflower meadow, community allotments, three play areas and further informal play spaces. Additional features across the development include the provision of bat bricks, bee homes, hedgehog highways, tree planting and attractive nature-based sustainable drainage features.
