Philip Allin

Director

Philip is a Director in Boyer’s London office.  Philip joined Boyer in 2007 and since this time has been involved in a wide ranging number of projects in outer London and the South East and has over 15 years of experience of working in the private sector. Over this time Philip has developed extensive experience in promoting land through the Plan making process having been involved in a number of significant urban extensions as well as successfully project managing the planning application process from start to finish. 

Philip has a proven track record of being part of successful project team, often thinking creatively in order to overcome any planning obstacles.

Button House, Pix Farm Lane, Hemel Hempstead

Boyer achieved planning permission for the residential redevelopment of a demolition contractors yard located within the Green Belt.

RESIDENTIAL

Former St Aubyns School, Rottingdean

Boyer has been successful in achieving planning permission for the residential redevelopment of the former St Aubyns School. A third party had challenged the grant of planning permission however this was dismissed by the High Court.

The Frythe, Welwyn

Boyer successfully achieved reserved matters permission for Linden Homes and Wates Developments for the residential redevelopment at The Frythe, Welwyn to provide a total of 196 new homes including the conversion of The Frythe, a building originally erected in 1846.

Boyer secured planning permission for the residential redevelopment of the former Zurich House site in Crawley.

Townfield Meadows, Kirdford

Meadows to the south of Townfield in Kirdford for a sensitively design new residential neighbourhood providing extensive biodiversity enhancements, publicly accessible open space and up to 70 new homes, affordable housing, play provision, community sporting facility, new and improved footpaths and other improvements to infrastructure.

Boyer, acting on behalf of NHS Property Services, has been successful at appeal in obtaining outline planning consent for the redevelopment of the Bromley North Clinic to provide nine flats within a new three storey building.

Gravesend, Kent

Boyer, acting on behalf of NHS Property Services, has been successful in obtaining a resolution to grant an outline application. The application proposes the redevelopment for part of a former hospital site in Gravesend town centre of up to 80 apartments and a commercial unit.

Planning Success in Elmbridge Borough

Boyer has secured outline planning consent for residential development on a Strategic Employment Site in East Molesey (within Elmbridge Borough).
