He has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry advising investors, occupiers, developers and the public sector across all asset classes including: residential/mixed use redevelopment; town centre regeneration; retail repurposing; and industrial and logistics.
Nick has a proven track record of securing planning permissions, managing multi-disciplinary teams and co-ordinating major planning applications. Areas of expertise include: strategic planning and development advice; due diligence; asset management/portfolio reviews; defensive planning advice; and appearing at Local Plan Examinations and providing expert witness advice.
Nick recognises the differing needs of his clients by being hands on and providing, bespoke, commercially focused advice.
