Lawrence has a wide range of experience across the South West within residential, commercial, leisure, healthcare and renewable energy sectors having previously worked for Stride Treglown, Knight Frank, Alder King and Barton Willmore. Lawrence’s 20 years’ worth of experience provides him with an excellent understanding of the complexities of promoting large-scale strategic residential development across the South West for a range of housebuilders and land promoters. Lawrence has a hands-on-approach to all his projects, ensuring that projects are progressed with energy and drive.
