Eva is an Associate Director in Boyer’s Design team based in Wokingham and plays a lead role in the design and delivery of our detailed and full residential planning application projects. She has over 15 years’ experience in residential architecture and a particular passion for layout design, including interaction with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and members of Local Planning Authorities. With a background training in architecture, Eva is currently leading a number of large residential detailed applications with national house builders across the south and east of England. Eva’s enthusiasm and work ethics together with her attention to detail allows her to produce high quality work and provide creative solutions, whilst ensuring client brief and technical requirements have been carefully considered and met.

Townfield Meadows, Kirdford
Meadows to the south of Townfield in Kirdford for a sensitively design new residential neighbourhood providing extensive biodiversity enhancements, publicly accessible open space and up to 70 new homes, affordable housing, play provision, community sporting facility, new and improved footpaths and other improvements to infrastructure.

Land East of Bury Road, Stanton
Boyer’s Colchester Office and Boyer Design supported Bloor Homes Eastern with an outline planning application for their site to the East of Bury Road in Stanton, Suffolk.
