David is an Associate Director in Boyer’s Wokingham Office. David is a Chartered Town Planner and CEDR Accredited Mediator with over 40 years’ experience in both public and private sectors. David undertakes Development Management for Local Planning Authorities and has been involved in the processing of Major Applications, he has wide experience in dealing with all aspects of planning legislation in the context of enforcement, certificates of lawfulness and other procedural matters and deals with a variety of project work including residential and commercial instructions. David applies his conscientiousness, reliability and knowledge to all of his projects to ensure they are delivered efficiently and effectively for his clients.
