Catherine is a Principal Planner based in Boyer’s Colchester office. She is a Chartered Planner with over 16 years of experience working in the private sector. Catherine works on a wide range of projects including residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes, and has experience in project management and co-ordination as well as the preparation of planning appraisals, planning applications, planning appeals and strategic site promotions. Catherine also has considerable experience in the preparation and co-ordination of Environmental Impact Assessments. She is conscientious in her approach, ensuring that her projects are delivered collaboratively and positively.

Boyer have been working on this site for many years on behalf of St Francis Group, promoting the site through the Local Plan and Core Strategy, achieving an allocation, followed by the submission of a hybrid application, approved in 2016, for the regeneration of the existing industrial estate and the development of up to 320 dwellings, which included the need for Environmental Impact Assessment, co-ordinated by Boyer.
