Bethan is an Associate Land and Planning Consultant in Boyer’s Cardiff/Bristol Offices and is a dual-chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS) and Town Planner (MRTPI). Bethan works on a range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and has experience in strategic site promotion and the coordination and submission of both small and large scale planning applications. Bethan also works in the LRG Land Team, where she is responsible for the identification of land opportunities, including the disposal and acquisition of development sites. Bethan is an enthusiastic and passionate Planner, who brings both planning knowledge and commercial awareness to her projects.
