Ananya leads the Design service at Boyer and is responsible for the strategic growth and operations of the Service. With a primary training in Architecture and a qualified Urban Designer, Ananya looks after Boyer’s masterplanning and regeneration portfolio. Her experience spans over 15 years of designing and delivering high-profile strategic sites for private developers across the UK. With a specialism in Architectural History, Ananya also has extensive experience of working with listed buildings and designing complex residential led schemes around them and in sensitive context. An innovative thinker and a strong believer in collaborative working, Ananya brings her expertise, creativity, energy and leadership to all her projects, team and clients.

Meadows to the south of Townfield in Kirdford for a sensitively design new residential neighbourhood providing extensive biodiversity enhancements, publicly accessible open space and up to 70 new homes, affordable housing, play provision, community sporting facility, new and improved footpaths and other improvements to infrastructure.

Chilmington Green Ashford Phase 1, Parcel I
Boyer was instructed as Architects to prepare a masterplan and Reserved Matters application for 144 homes, pocket parks and infrastructure at Phase 1 Parcel I of Chilmington Green Garden Community in Ashford by Barratt David Wilson Homes in Kent.
