Boyer secured planning permission for the residential redevelopment of the former Zurich House site in Crawley. The proposals involved the demolition of the existing 3 storey office building and replacement with a new part 3/part 4 storey building providing 56 new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (including 8 shared ownership properties).
The site had a long planning history with permission for residential redevelopment originally being granted back in 2013. Boyer were part of the project team that successfully overcame objections from local residents and Councillors and issues raised by the Planning Inspector who considered previous proposals at the site in early 2018.
