Winterbrook Meadow, Wallingford

Boyer Design were invited by Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern) to review their masterplan for Winterbrook Meadows, south west of Wallingford, South Oxfordshire.  Following a character appraisal a village was conceived preserving the identity of Winterbrook as an extension of the town of Wallingford adding value to the site and our clients product.

Boyer Design produced a site wide Design Code in partnership with our client and South Oxfordshire District Council and over 4 phased reserved matters applications successfully achieved consent for over 500 homes and apartments which are currently being built out on site.
