Boyer's Midlands office are pleased to have obtained Reserved Matters approval via delegated powers for the residential development of Top Yard Farm, Barton in Fabis which will see the delivery of five executive homes on behalf of Hawke Living Ltd. The scheme also includes the retention and reuse of an existing brick-built barn as a garage and workshop space for one of the homes.
Initial opposition at the local political level was overcome through proactive engagement to result in a high quality scheme that will make optimal use of what had historically been a contentious site.
