Planning approval will see the development of Phase 1b and C of the wider Sustainable Urban Extension known as Handley Chase and deliver a mix of market and affordable 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
Working to the parameters of a detailed Design Code and Masterplan required a detailed Design Compliance Statement, which has resulted to a combination of high-quality design, integrated public open spaces, provision of swales, and green infrastructure corridors.
A highly rewarding outcome following successful teamwork between Boyer, Taylor Wimpey East Midlands and North Kesteven District Council that will lead to a well-planned place to live for future occupiers.
