Boyer obtained Reserved Matters approval at Maudlin Nursery, Westhampnett in Chichester, on behalf of Bellway Homes. 

The application required extensive co-ordination with the Local Planning Authority, as the outline permission was won at appeal and was therefore a locally sensitive site. The proposals involve 99 new dwellings, a Village Green and a substantial amount of Public Open Space and landscaping. 

Boyer worked closely with the Local Planning Authority and the architects to achieve a well-designed development. 

The scheme will deliver much needed amenity and recreation space, community facilities (in the form of a Village Pub and Community Hall) as well as affordable housing to the local area, just outside Chichester.
