Boyer were instructed to provide Development Management services to Luton Borough Council’ from 2016 to 2022. The Case Work undertaken involved considering and determining of 4 major applications. All four application were ES sensitive and involved the preparation of screening and scoping opinions in relation to the applications and then an assessment of the ES chapters as part of the consideration of the proposals for presentation to the Council’s Development Management Committee.
