Boyer’s London Office has secured planning permission for a 170-bed student accommodation development in Bournemouth Town Centre for McLaren Property.
The development will make use of a vacant, underutilised site in central Bournemouth with a high-quality development designed by WGP Architects, which will contribute towards the regeneration of Hinton Road. The design takes inspiration from the adjacent former ice rink building fronting Westover Road, and responds successfully to the existing and emerging context along Hinton Road. The development will benefit from generous on-site amenity spaces including a skylounge with views towards the sea.
