Boyer were instructed by Conegate in 2018 to prepare and submit an application to redevelop a former industrial site in Norbury to provide a scheme of 79 flats with a ground floor police office and a residents' work hub. The scheme, which included 20% affordable housing, received unanimous support from Kingston's planning committee and was the product of extensive engagement with the local community and the Council's planning and design officers and it balanced out difficult issues surrounding impact on neighbour amenity, townscape impacts and the need to stimulate the optimal future development on public land to the rear.
