On behalf of Bellway Homes, Boyer successfully secured Reserved Matters for the erection of 60 dwellings including new access, public open space, landscaping, play area and associated infrastructure.

The application was submitted to Melton Borough Council in August 2018. Throughout the planning application process Boyer and the project team worked closely with the Council and consultees to overcome concerns relating to design, highways, ecology, housing mix and disbursement of affordable housing. 

The Application was taken to Planning Committee in April 2019 with an Officer recommendation for approval. However, a unanimous decision was made to defer the Application to enable further discussion between key stakesholders regarding the design of the proposal. Following successful negotiations, the Reserved Matters application was subsequently approved at Committee in May 2019.
