Reserved Matters approval for 320 homes

Boyer are very pleased to have assisted Vistry Thames Valley in securing Reserved Matters approval for 320 homes (of which 40% will be affordable) in Windsor. This is especially significant as Boyer have worked on this project in respect of promoting the site through the Local Plan process (securing its removal from the Green Belt and allocation for residential development) and at Outline stage, seeing the project through to Reserved Matters.
