Historic Environment (Wales) Bill becomes Act of Senedd Cymru after receiving Royal Assent

The new Act brings together the principal legislation for the effective protection and management of the historic environment in one document and is explicitly for Wales.

The Act will not come into force until next year after supporting secondary legislation has been made and guidance and administrative documents have been revised and updated.
