Simon Atha & Amy Harrison are pleased to have secured reserved matters approval for 104 new homes at Lynncroft in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire for Avant Homes.
Following a lengthy appeal, including submission of detailed technical evidence, the Inspector unequivocally allowed the appeal on the basis of the lack of impact of the proposals on neighbouring residential amenity. Significant weight was afforded to a high quality development that would assist in the delivery of market and affordable housing in a sustainable location on an allocated site.
