2024: A year in review
Now that 2025 is well underway, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the successes of 2024 at Boyer. Over the past year, our teams have delivered outstanding results, shaping vibrant communities and driving sustainable development across the UK.
In 2024, Boyer secured consent for:
- 7,379 homes through outline, full, or reserved matters applications.
- 261,000 square metres of commercial space, supporting local economies and businesses.
And promoted land for the development of:
- Over 52,447 homes through Local Plans, showcasing our commitment to delivering development where it is most needed.
- 1,022,000 m2 of commercial space being promoted through Local Plans.
Standout regional highlights include:
- Wokingham: Over 1100 homes granted consent and 23,719 homes being promoted through local plans.
- Colchester: Over 4,500 homes granted consent.
- London: More than 1,600 homes approved.
- Midlands: Promotion of 10,735 homes.
- Bristol & Cardiff: Securing 223,700 sqm of commercial space, a significant boost for local infrastructure.
